ABOUT AUGUSTINE

Augustine achieved his degree in Law (Second Upper Class) from the National University of Singapore and has a passion for Family Law.

Augustine has been commented to be a strong-willed family lawyer who studies every case with thoroughness, coupled with his sense of commerciality and experience in handling civil, general and commercial litigation cases. Often, Augustine has the ability to settle an arrangement that is most financially beneficial for the client.

Augustine has successfully represented high-end clients in various membership and employment disputes. He also undertook various legal responsibilities such as being a representative of a well-known social club in various membership and employment disputes; was the legal counsel for clients in contested divorce cases and has acted on behalf of a director for lawsuits brought against him by the company for allegedly misappropriating funds. Other than that, he has also negotiated for and on behalf of high-value cross-border transactions involving real estate and has participated in high-value cross border real estate transactions.

Augustine believes in undertaking a client-focused approach to problem-solving and hopes to be able to work closely with all parties to arrive at a mutually beneficial outcome. His determination in his profession fuels him to do better in future cases he’ll be handling with Yeo & Associates LLC.
